The revised Delivery Agreement for the Powys Replacement Local Development Plan (2022-2037 (PDF) [658KB] was approved by the Full Council on 11 July 2024 and agreed by the Welsh Government on 15 July 2024.

The Review Report (2022) and Delivery Agreement (2024) can be viewed online or inspected at the Council's principal office (Powys County Hall, Llandrindod Wells, LD1 5LG) during normal opening hours.
