Powys Replacement Local Development Plan - Key Issues, Vision and Objectives
This consultation has now closed.
Powys County Council is currently in the initial stages of preparing a Replacement Local Development Plan (LDP), which will plan for the needs of the Powys LDP area for the period 2022-2037.
To inform the Replacement LDP, the Council has prepared a document which identifies a set of Key Issues and Drivers for Change in the Powys LDP area. The document also includes a draft Vision and a set of Objectives for the Replacement LDP which respond to the Key Issues.
Replacement LDP - Key Issues Vision and Objectives (Consultation Draft)
The Council is seeking feedback on whether we have captured all the Key Issues relevant to development planning in Powys, and welcomes your comments on the proposed Vision and Objectives. The document represents an important step in the Replacement LDP process, allowing you the opportunity to influence an early stage in the preparation of the Replacement LDP.
Please note that the Powys Local Planning Authority area does not extend to land within the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park.
