Any personal data (your full name, address or phone number) will be stored securely for a limited period only, used only for the purposes of the preparation of the Replacement Powys Local Development Plan, expected to be completed by 2026, and in compliance with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).  This will mean that you will receive correspondence at the relevant stages of the Replacement LDP preparation process unless you inform us otherwise.
