Survey of Gov Delivery subscribers

Before you give your views we thought it'd be helpful to provide a quick reminder of how it all works

We currently have six topics you can subscribe to

Live Well
Age Well
Jobs
General News
Engagement News

We also create and send some ad-hoc newsletters to subscribers based on the topic, the community they live in or a mix of both.

For example: Our Stock Up Your Medicine Cabinet poster and information was sent to all subscribers; whilst information about a jobs fair in Welshpool last year was only sent to subscribers of our Jobs topic and who were living in communities in the North of the county.

The newsletters you receive work by us setting up a RSS feed so that whenever we publish a news story on our website it is given one of the topic tags.

All the stories published under this tag during the month are picked up, collated into a newsletter and sent out via email to those subscribers.

For example: If you subscribe to Start Well, on the 1st Tuesday of February you may get a bulletin which has four stories in it and another month you may get one with just two stories.

We hope you find the bulletins and news items interesting and informative but we'd like to capture your views and feedback.

If you subscribe to the Start Well, Live Well, Age Well or the general News bulletins, please give us your view on the frequency.

These four bulletins are generally scheduled to be sent out monthly. We stagger the distribution dates so that if people subscribe to more than one topic they receive a bulletin each week during the month.

If you subscribe to our Engagement News bulletin, we would like your view on our approach/frequency. Currently a bulletin is scheduled to go out on a weekly basis on a Friday whenever there is an engagement exercise, a survey or a bigger consultation underway. We feel it's important to ensure you have enough time to read all the background information and any supporting documents (an Issues Paper, a Frequently Asked Questions) before giving any views. We also like to issue short updates and reminders of the closing date so you don't forget to comment if you wish to do so. Generally speaking most surveys are open for at least a month. Please give us any feedback about the Ad hoc bulletins that we send out - these can consist of a health board topic like our 'Stock Up Your Medicine Cabinet for Winter' message and flyer OR a health and wellbeing event in your community that might be of interest and organised by the third sector.
