Right now it has to 1. Cost of living and 2. Housing crisis but I'd say for all councils really bag to basics bins bogs dogs so 3. Street cleanliness.

Build more houses

Sounds pretty obvious but frontline visible service not being done of late look around Llandrindod and Presteigne and all the bins are overflowing, dogs muck on the pavement etc, need to bring back the "man with a broom" in the town centres as well as more big sweeping machines routinely doing the kerbs and pavements not just the main roads

Easy to use, clean and reliable.

if you can only manage to collect it fortnightly then fine but give us a bigger bin with a lid on so we can store it for two weeks and have a proper time table which advertises it is only once every two weeks or those silly boxes just piles up and spills around the estate causing litter

The staff here are exceptionally knowlegable and enthusiastic about books, just really doing their vocation and loving it and creating a sheer warmth all services should seek to emulate. Especially Kate who is, polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with.
