This survey has now closed.
This survey forms part of a wide scale engagement exercise of the day opportunities available within Powys for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and/or mental health difficulties and older people who draw on care and support.
Day opportunities provide individuals with the chance to enhance their wellbeing through taking part in various activities, developing relationships and gaining new skills. They enable people to become more independent and live fulfilling lives. Day opportunities also provide support to carers, by providing respite so that they can pursue interests outside their caring role.
The information you provide will help us to understand what matters, in relation to day opportunities, what works well with day opportunities currently available, and what we could do better. It also gives you the opportunity to share your views on how day opportunities should look in the future. This will help ensure there are equal, inclusive and high-quality day opportunities across Powys.
If you would prefer to provide your views on day opportunities in person, we will be holding a number of engagement events throughout the county during November 2023.
