People are at the heart of everything we do and are key to ensuring a Stronger, Fairer, Greener Powys.
What we know is that good engagement matters, and the staff survey is an annual measure of our performance.
Your feedback in previous surveys has helped to shape our plans and priorities, and our key strategic themes.
It’s what we do with the results that will have the greatest impact on our experience at work therefore, as a Senior Leadership Team, we make the following commitments:
Each service area will review the anonymous survey results and use it as valuable insight for action planning.
We will acknowledge and create an action plan for areas of improvement.
Staff will be updated on ‘how’ the survey results will shape our ongoing workforce plans
And importantly we will celebrate the successes (of Teams, Services, and the whole Council).
So please take time out and have your say by Sunday 23rd June – and help shape the future.
Thank you
