Mind our Future is a project to be led by young people to improve young people’s mental wellbeing in Powys by asking young people what they think helps them. We also need some young people to work with us on this project.

*Mental Wellbeing means how you feel, whether you are happy and hopeful or sad and worried.

*We all feel bad at times but we would like all young people to feel happy and hopeful most of the time.

*Help us by saying what helps you and your friends to stay happy?

*What helps you when you do feel sad or worried?

Prosiect yw ‘Meddwl Ymlaen’ i’w arwain gan bobl ifanc i wella lles meddwl pobl ifanc ym Mhowys trwy ofyn i bobl ifanc beth sy’n eu helpu nhw. Mae angen rhai pobl ifanc arnom hefyd I weithio gyda ni ar y prosiect hwn.
