The forum brings this group together to talk about what is working well, not so well and what needs to happen for change.
The group also chat about how we can work together to achieve a good life for the people of Powys.
The forum meets four times a year.
If you have experience of care and support services, then we would like to hear from you.
Our forum is open to all and it's important that we hear from people with many different lived experiences.
This is a space for you to share your views, so that we can influence and be involved in the design and delivery or services.
We cover topics such as:
The right housing
Transport
Access to work
Independent living skills
Communication
The right support at the right time
Activities
