Powys County Council is interested in what you think about physical activity; what helps you to be physically active, and what holds you back.

With this information we can plan for improvements to physical activity opportunities across Powys.


What is involved?


We invite Powys residents to complete a short online survey (taking only 10 minutes to complete), which asks for your postcode, age, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, ethnicity, disability status, how often you are physically active, and your experiences of physical activity.

It’s completely your choice to take part. If you change your mind, you can leave the survey at any time without giving us a reason.


Will my response be kept confidential?


Definitely, all participation is anonymous. We record responses so that we can analyse them more easily, but we won’t link any comments used in future reports, publications, and presentations, to any individual responses.

Powys County Council is responsible for ensuring and protecting your privacy when you respond to a survey using this portal. If you were to give us any personal data (your full name, address, or phone number), we would like you to know that it will be stored securely for a limited period only, used only for the purposes described in the survey and in compliance with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Click on the Privacy tab at the bottom of the page and in the Data Protection Privacy Notice attachment if you are interested in finding out more about this.
