The Powys PSB Climate Working Group is a working group of Powys Public Services Board established to coordinate action to achieve the Climate Emergency priority in the Powys Well-being Plan.
The Group has undertaken a range of research and stakeholder engagement to develop an evidence base, shared in this Hub, about:
the carbon footprint of Powys
opportunities to sequester (draw down) carbon from the natural environment
risks to Powys from climate impacts
action already happening across Powys to cut carbon and become more resilient
opportunities to strengthen resilience for people and nature in Powys
