Clarity - Project Leads survey

Clarity Consulting are conducting an independent evaluation of the North Powys Wellbeing Programme. An element of this involves understanding the views of acceleration for change project teams and key representatives from the Wellbeing Programme team in order to gain insight into the Programme’s development, implementation and impact.

This survey is designed to better understand in your own words, the local impact of the Transformation Funding, and the ways in which the Wellbeing Programme has been affected by the ongoing pandemic response.

We would very much appreciate your views. If you could please complete the survey by Friday 18 February, this will allow plenty of time for your views to be taken into consideration in the drafting of the final evaluation report, ahead of its submission to Welsh Government later in 2022.
