‘The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise by the nation ensuring that those who serve or have served in the UK Armed Forces and their families are treated fairly, incurring no disadvantage as a result of their service. It is up to all of us to deliver on that promise, and particularly those in national, regional and local government.’
PAVO is currently working in partnership with Powys County Council, Powys Teaching Health Board and 3rd sector organisations to develop an opportunity to those who have served by providing additional support closer to home in Powys. We are looking to apply to The Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust to fund this opportunity.
We have created a survey to gather the evidence of need across Powys to ensure we develop the correct opportunity. Please spend a few minutes completing this questionnaire. Surveys can be completed by Powys veterans, their family, unpaid carer or a professional.
Survey responses are required by Friday 20th September.
