The information gathered has been collated and shared with the Powys Teaching Health Board, Regional Innovation Centre to support a partnership workstream: Preventive healthcare through innovative data linkage.

The insight provided by residents will help the workstream to: (a) identify individuals in Powys who may be at risk of poorer health outcomes, and (b) strengthen the delivery of income maximisation and other support already available to those who may benefit.
